Faster than digging into an e-textbook and more reliable than a Google search, the online version of the APA Dictionary of Psychology® puts at your fingertips more than 25,000 authoritative entries spanning 90 subfields. Freely available on the APA web site, you can quickly access the APA dictionary to look up a specific psychology term or browse the headwords.
In September, we added 10 new videos to APA PsycTherapy®, our streaming video database designed to meet the teaching and training needs of psychotherapy students and practitioners. APA PsycTherapy videos are recorded during an unscripted online session to provide an authentic example of psychotherapy conducted by an expert therapist.
The 10 newest videos are excellent examples of working with clients/patients remotely through video conferencing. In addition, each new video is divided into meaningful segments for easier identification of teachable moments. (More than 200 older videos are also segmented into these annotated chapters).
